Each morning you commit to the day's goals. The apps in your limits stay behind Apple's Screen Time shield. Every goal you finish unlocks an equal share of the day's minutes. What you don't use, you keep. Once the minutes are used, the shield stays up until tomorrow.

Ardua needs Screen Time access. Open Ardua, go to Settings, and tap Allow Screen Time. If you declined before, open the iOS Settings app, go to Screen Time, and allow access for Ardua there. Then come back to Ardua.

On purpose. A change that makes today stricter applies at once. A change that makes it easier starts tomorrow, so the promise you made this morning holds. Ardua tells you before you save.

It raises the shield on every limit until midnight and keeps the minutes you didn't use. It can't be undone the same day.

No. Ardua follows "never miss twice": one missed day a week bends the streak without breaking it. A second miss in the same week breaks it.

The shields come off and everything Ardua stored on your iPhone is deleted. Ardua keeps no copy anywhere else.

Ardua's data lives on your device. If you set up the new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup, your goals and history come with it. Screen Time app choices may not carry over to a new device, so Ardua may ask you to pick the apps for each limit again.

Open Ardua, go to Settings, and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the App Store with the Apple ID you bought Pro with.

In Ardua, go to Settings and tap Manage subscription. Or open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Everything you set up while on Pro keeps working after it ends.
